Q: Can the calendar be customized?
A: Yes. However, we will need you to list your requirements, including:

• Wire-O binding (colour/diameter size)
• Stand (size: width x height / colour / material: 400gsm art card soft stand, 700gsm hard stand)
• Content (size: width x height / number of sheets & pages / material: 230gsm gloss art card, 250gsm ivory card, 230gsm fine linen, 250gsm metallic, others: ___ )
• Foil stamping (with: colour / without)
  And please attach reference images.

Q: How to customise a desk calendar in a more economical way?
A: You may use our preset template sizes: A5 desk calendars (horizontal/vertical) without foil stamping, and A5 desk calendars with foil stamping. You can refer to the images we provide as the standard.

Q: What types of calendars are available?
A: Generally, there are Desk Calendars (horizontal/vertical/with foil stamping) and Wall Calendars (Daily Tear-off Calendar / Islamic Calendar).

Q: Do you have ready-made desk calendars and wall calendars?
A: Yes, we have various newly released 2026 desk and wall calendar designs available for sale, with many styles for you to choose from.

Q: Do you provide delivery service?
A: Yes. Free shipping within West Malaysia. We also deliver to Singapore — minimum delivery fee is RM115, and multiple parcels will be RM230.
Large quantities may require GST 9% declaration (total product amount x 0.09 = GST), depending on the actual situation.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: If you use our template for customization:

• Desk Calendars:

A5 size, 8 sheets (16 pages) with 700gsm hard stand: MOQ 10 pcs

A5 size, 7 sheets (16 pages) with 700gsm hard stand + foil stamping: MOQ 50 pcs

Fully customised sizes: MOQ 100 pcs

• Wall Calendars:

Daily Tear-off or Islamic Wall Calendar: MOQ 100 pcs

Custom Wall Calendar: MOQ 100 pcs

Q: Can I add a PP transparent bag?
A: Yes, but additional charges apply, estimated at +RM0.10 to RM0.20 each.

Q: Do you have ready-made template designs?
A: Yes, we have 10 template designs available for free, including horizontal, vertical, and foil-stamped desk calendars.
If you would like to change the internal content — such as the cover, photos, calendar layout, or public holidays of different countries — that’s completely fine. With just an additional RM300, you can fully use our template design without spending extra time or effort to redesign everything from scratch.

Q: Are Ycube’s template designs only available in the Malaysia version? What about the Singapore version?
A: To make things convenient for both Malaysian and Singaporean clients, we have prepared calendar designs for both countries.

Q: Does Ycube offer a dual-country version? (A combined Malaysia + Singapore calendar)
A: Yes, we can do that. We will prepare the combined design for you at no extra cost, helping you save significantly. We believe we are the only printing company in Malaysia offering completely free desk calendar designs.

Q: If I print 100 desk calendars — 10 with Name A, 20 with Name B, and 70 with Name C — will it be charged as a single order of 100 units?
A: This will be counted as three separate orders. The quantities cannot be combined into one total for pricing.

Q: What is the lowest printing price Ycube can offer?
A: Desk calendars without foil stamping can go as low as RM3.36/pc. Desk calendars with foil stamping can go as low as RM4.16/pc.
The more you order, the lower the price — subject to meeting our conditions.

Q: For foil-stamped calendars, besides gold or silver foil, can I print other colours?
A: Yes. Our standard foil colours are gold and silver, but other foil colours are available with additional charges. Please contact us through our support channel for more details.

Q: How long does the printing process usually take?
A: Normally within two weeks, and the fastest turnaround is about one week.

Q: If I don’t use your templates and want a completely new custom design, can Ycube do that?
A: Yes, we can. Custom calendar design starts from RM950.

Q: How do I obtain a quotation?

Q: How do I make payment?
A: We accept cash, Touch ’n Go, and online bank transfer.
For overseas customers, we accept Stripe (debit or credit card).

Q: Do you offer payment terms?
A: We only accept full payment.

Q: Do you offer installment plans?
A: Yes, but installment payment must be made in-store via our credit card machine, and the minimum amount is RM1000 to be eligible for installment.

Q: Can I view samples of Ycube’s past work?
A: Yes, you can. However, you will need to make an appointment to visit our physical store for a discussion.

Q: Can I get samples from Ycube?
A: Yes, we can send you some samples that are close to what you’re looking for to your home or office.
However, a shipping fee of RM25 applies (West Malaysia only).
