Q: What categories and sizes are available for wall calendars?
A: Our wall calendars come in two categories:

• Racing Horse Calendar (includes Lunar Calendar and Islamic Calendar)
• Islamic Prayer Calendar (includes prayer times)

We offer four sizes:

1. RHC001 (150 × 300 mm) – smallest
2. RHC002 (230 × 412 mm) – medium
3. RHC003 (265 × 520 mm) – largest
4. RHC004 (265 × 520 mm) – wire-O binding version
   We also have the Long Racing Horse Wall Calendar (267 × 381 mm).

Q: Do you have a Singapore version of the Racing Horse Calendar?
A: Yes, we do, but it comes in only one size: the Long Racing Horse Wall Calendar (267 × 381 mm).

Q: Does the Racing Horse Calendar include header design? How is the pricing calculated?
A: Yes, it can include header design. If you prefer a free design, you may choose from our preset templates.
If none of the templates suit your needs and you require a custom design, there will be an additional charge of RM50 to customise your calendar header. Please provide your company logo (AI format, PNG, or PDF), address, phone number, email, website, slogan, photos, or product/service details if needed.

Q: Do you offer a Singapore version of the Islamic Prayer Calendar?
A: Sorry, not at the moment. However, we may consider improving and expanding this service in the future.

Q: How do I obtain a quotation?

. We will try our best to provide a complete quotation within 2 days. Please remember to include your company or individual full name, your personal name, address, phone number, and email, along with the necessary details.

Q: How do I make payment?
A: We accept cash, Touch ’n Go, and online bank transfer.
For overseas customers, we accept Stripe (debit or credit card).

Q: Do you offer payment terms?
A: We only accept full payment.

Q: Do you offer installment plans?
A: Yes, but installment payment must be made in-store via our credit card machine, and the minimum amount is RM1000 to be eligible for installment.

Q: Can I view samples of Ycube’s past work?
A: Yes, you can. However, you will need to make an appointment to visit our physical store for a discussion.

Q: Can I get samples from Ycube?
A: Yes, we can send you some samples that are close to what you’re looking for to your home or office.
However, a shipping fee of RM25 applies (West Malaysia only).
